Earlier this month Minka Kelly, who is set to play Dawn Granger AKA Dove in the live-action Titans series, shared an image of she and co-star Alan Ritchson (as Hank Hall AKA Hawk) on her Instagram:
Hawk is the avatar of war. His powers are of super strength, unlimited stamina, enhanced speed, increased agility and extreme durability. His partner Dove suppresses his violent nature, and without her his rage becomes boundless. Dove is the avatar of peace and order. Her powers are enhanced agility, can withstand physical punishment, heal quickly and her perceptions are heightened to their fullest extent. Despite being the avatar of peace, she is not averse to violence. However, in her battles she retains a cooler mind and seeks to find more peaceful solutions as opposed to her partner. Also, holy shit I’m excited. #Titans #HawkandDove 🦅🕊
Brenton Thwaite, who will be playing team leader Dick Grayson, AKA Robin, also shared some recent shots of himself suited up as Robin after a Gotham city fight scene: “Kicking ass in a downtown Gotham alleyway.”
Titans is set to debut in 2018 on DC and Warner Bros. new digital streaming service. From the official synopsis:
