Avengers: Infinity War score revealed on Rotten Tomatoes

Is Avengers: Infinity War certified fresh or does it collapse under the weight of its own lofty ambitions?

Whether you like it or not, the Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer is an oft-used and viable determinant of whether or not a movie in our day and age is worth seeing. The website revealed their initial rating for critic scores from Avengers: Infinity War this morning and fans that were apprehensive that the myriad characters and storylines might bog down the film will be happy to know that the film currently sits at a “Certified Fresh” 87% after 97 critic reviews:
