An EA Originals game about “monsters and loneliness.”

During EA’s E3 press conference, they revealed Sea of Solitude, a game about grappling with human emotion from Berlin-based indie developer Jo-Mei set to release early 2019.

CEO of Jo-Mei and creator of Sea of Solitude, Cornelia Geppert has said this is a game “about monsters and loneliness.” During the presentation at EA Play, she said the goals of the game are to find out how the protagonist has turned into a monster and to find a balance of emotions, good or bad because “this is what being human is all about. Check out the teaser trailer here:

Sea of Solitude is part of the EA Originals line of games where all the profits from the game’s sales go back to the developers, as was the case with other EA Originals titles like Fe, Unravel and its sequel which was released today, and A Way Out. It will be available to play on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
