AJ Styles is reportedly the cover star of WWE 2K19

More information on this year’s cover star, as well as some of the game’s playable characters.

WWE has announced that details on WWE 2K19, the next installment in the yearly WWE simulation game from 2K Sports, will be released this coming Monday. However, Ryan Satin at ProWrestlingSheet.com has obtained some information early, including that AJ Styles will reportedly grace the game’s cover.

Ronda Rousey was heavily rumored to make it onto the cover as the series’ first female cover star. That doesn’t appear to be happening, but Rousey will reportedly be in the game as a pre-order bonus.

It also appears as if former WWE Superstar and most recently NJPW Dominion competitor Rey Mysterio will be featured in the game as well. Mysterio was reportedly on set for the commercial’s filming, and will be prominently featured in the game’s marketing.
