Hearthstone: New expansion ‘Rastakhan’s Rumble’ confirmed, introduces new Shaman hero and Overkill mechanic

Step into the Gurubashi Arena in latest Hearthstone expansion, Rastakhan’s Rumble.

The rumors swirling around Rastakhan were all true; Team 5 officially announced the newest Hearthstone expansion, “Rastakhan’s Rumble” at Blizzcon 2018 today:

Rastakhan’s Rumble will take place in the Gurubashi Arena, vaunted fighting grounds nestled deep in Stranglethorn Vale from World of Warcraft. Alongside new Troll legendaries for each class will be a new keyword mechanic, Overpower which allows multiple attacks in one turn.

The single player content, Rumble Run, will take players on their way through the ranks of the Arena to become champion.

Per the official Blizzard synopsis:

Ready for a battle that’s out of con-TROLL? The Hearthstone development team is ready for you to dive into the fray with the unveiling of our latest expansion, Rastakhan’s Rumble!

Mystical loas and enigmatic spirits are prepared to have your back in this battle that includes:

135 new cards to add to your collection

New keyword: Overkill

Rumble Run: FREE single-player content that tests your might against a colorful array of Rumble champions.

Pre-purchase Rastakhan’s Rumble and make sure your team is ready to throw down when the expansion launches on December 4 (PT). Two pre-purchase options are available, and you can get BOTH for double the value!

The Rastakhan’s Rumble Bundle includes 50 Rastakhan’s Rumble card packs, the Ready to Rumble card back, and a new Shaman Hero: King Rastakhan!

The Challenger’s Bundle includes 17 Rastakhan’s Rumble card packs and the Ready to Rumble card back.

Rastakhan’s Rumble is set for release on December 4th, 2018.
