Later this month, he’ll be taking on supernatural evil, but it won’t be long until he’s entering the world of espionage, as The Hollywood Reporter reports David Harbour has joined Black Widow.
It’s currently unknown who he’ll be playing, but we do know that Scarlett Johansson will return as Black Widow. She first started playing Agent Romanoff in 2010 with Iron Man 2 and has reprised the role many times, most recently in Avengers Infinity War. She’ll next be seen portraying Black Widow in Avengers Endgame.
Cate Shortland, who recently directed the horror film Berlin Syndrome, is directing, while Jac Schaeffer, writer of upcoming comedy The Hustle, has written the script. It seems like Harbour won’t be the only new addition to Black Widow, as Variety reports Rachel Weisz is in talks to join the film. She was most recently seen as Lady Sarah in The Favourite.
Avengers Endgame releases 26th April in the US, while Hellboy’s out next Friday.
