‘Krypton’ spin-off ‘Lobo’ in development

The Main Man has his own show? Say it IS so!

If you can’t get quite enough of the Main Man in Series 2 of Krypton, today’s your lucky day; SyFy announced that they’re developing a Krypton spin-off on Lobo, who was introduced during the Season 2 premiere.

Emmett J. Scanlan is bringing the chalk skinned bastich to life. You might know him from Hollyoaks, having brought abusive Irishman Brendan to life, or for briefly playing Jim Corrigan (Spectre) in NBC’s Constantine.

Lobo was created by Keith Giffen and Roger Slifer and first roared onto the scene in 1983’s Omega Men #3. He’s the last Czarnian, having wiped out the rest of his race. He works as an intergalactic bounty hunter, often speeding along on his beloved motorbike and chomping down on cigars.

Be sure to check out his live action debut in the Season 2 premiere of Krypton.
