The day has finally arrived. Tonight at the Sears Centre in Chicago, Illinois All Elite Wrestling will hold their last major PPV event — All Out — which will lead the fledgling wrestling company into its television debut.
There’s a special piece of history for AEW at this venue, as its the very same building that hosted last year’s All In independent show that helped light the sparks that ignited the fire that breathed AEW into life.
“The Buy In” pre-show is expected to kick off the festivities at 7 p.m. EST, with the show proper expected to start at 8 p.m. EST. Both will be streaming live on BR Live. As with their previous PPV events, All Out will be available for the price of $49.99.
Let’s take a look at the card.
Women’s Casino Battle Royale (Buy-In Match)

21 female competitors enter. One leaves. Welcome to the Thunder Dome, except this time there’s no Tina Turner. All of these women are vying for the number one contender spot for the AEW Women’s World championship, which is the prize the winner of this match will walk away with.
Thus far there’s only 11 women signed to AEW’s women’s division, so we’re sure to see some surprises. Confirmed entrants: Britt Baker, Jazz, Sadie Gibbs, Teal Piper, “Big Swole” Aerial Monroe, Brandi Rhodes, Nyla Rose, Allie, Yuka Sakazaki, Ivelisse, and Awesome Kong.
Private Party vs Angelico & Jack Evans (Buy-In Match)

Since Fyter Fest Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy, aka Private Party, have been riding a surge of upward momentum. The crowd loved their performance so much that the pair was offered contracts with AEW immediately following the event. It’s time for Private Party to prove that they’re worth the hype.
Then there’s Angelico and Jack Evans, two industry veterans with perhaps some of the worst wrestling gear on television today. But don’t let that fool you, these two make up one of the most talented tag teams out there, and have flown under the radar for a long time. They’ll be looking to show the young up-and-comers that they aren’t the only team worth nice shiny AEW contracts.
Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus, & Marko Stunt vs SCU

Luchasaurus has a god damn MASTERS DEGREE. I’m not sure there’s an associates degree to be found among the members of SCU combined. What’s So Cal Uncensored going to do now?
The veteran team of Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky have their work cut out for them against a boy from the jungle and his trusty dinosaur. Then there’s that little guy they walk around on a leash to contend with. This match truly is a meeting of superpowers.
Best Friends vs The Dark Order

When The Dark Order first appeared, I think it’s fair to say that most fans weren’t very impressed. But that didn’t last long. Evil Uno and Stu Grayson shocked everyone with their impressive in-ring skills, tandem offense, and character work. The pair might look ridiculous, but once you press go they make everything that needs to work, work.
Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta have been in the indie game about as long as anyone and are definitely favorites with almost any crowd. That being said, they’ll be hard pressed against the creepy pair and their menacing henchmen.
Darby Allin vs Jimmy Havoc vs Joey Janela
AEW
These guys are going to beat the absolute sh*t out of one another and I can’t wait. I fully expect this match to devolve into full blown carnage within 1-3 minutes. Oh yes, it’s going to be a delightful little blood bath!
This trio represents the three craziest and depraved individuals on the AEW roster and now we get to see all three of them in the ring together. Are you as giddy as I am?
Riho vs Hikaru Shida
AEW
Riho is only 5ft tall and looks like one of the most innocent nondescript people you could ever encounter. But once she steps into the squared circle she transforms into one of the best female wrestlers alive today. She’s scrappy, doesn’t back down and is quickly becoming an AEW fan-favorite.
Looking to take Riho off her pedastal with the fans is Hikaru Shida, an 11-year veteran with a deadly arsenal of leg and knee strikes.
These two previously teamed at Double or Nothing, now they look to show AEW fans who the greatest Japanese talent is.
Cody vs Shawn Spears
AEW
The “good hand” vs the American Nightmare. A fifteen year friendship crumbled when Shawn Spears appeared at Double or Nothing and slammed a steel chair into Cody’s head, giving him ten stitches and a lot of blood loss.
Since the attack, Spears has aligned himself with Tully Blanchard, one of the legendary Four Horsemen, who battled Cody’s father — Dusty Rhodes — for many years.
The biggest question right now is, who will Cody have in his corner? He’s been banned from having more than one person with him at ring-side, and while the obvious answer may be his wife, Brandi Rhodes, this wrestling fan thinks another member of the Four Horsemen may be making an appearance — Arn Anderson.
PAC vs Kenny Omega

This may just be the first time you’re even hearing about this match. Wasn’t Jon Moxley supposed to be wrestling Kenny Omega? Well, unfortunately for Mox, his elbow injury flared back up with a very serious MRSA infection. Thankfully, he’s on the mend and will be back in time for AEW’s TV tapings.
But in the mean time, The Cleaner has his hands full with Mox’s replacement, PAC. The high flying self dubbed, bearded b*stard will take on Omega in his first AEW match ever. PAC was previously scheduled to wrestle Adam “Hangman” Page at Double or Nothing, but pulled out due to creative issues between his employers, Dragon Gate, and AEW.
AAA World Tag Team Championship: The Lucha Bros (c) vs The Young Bucks
AEW
Perhaps the two best tag teams in the world as going head-to-head at the most important event in AEW history. Escalera de la Muerte translates into English as “ladder of death.” Is there a more fitting name a clash of tag team wrestling gods?
Matt and Nick Jackson have traded wins with Rey Renix and Pentagon Jr. between the United States and Mexico over the last few months, but now it’s time to settle this feud once and for all.
AEW World Heavyweight Championship: Hangman Adam Page vs Chris Jericho

This is a huge moment for not just AEW, but also wrestling culture. Whatever happens here, this moment will go down in the history books. So uh, yeah guys, no pressure.
The first ever AEW World Heavyweight Championship will be crowned and set the stage to lead AEW into its television debut.
