No offense but your post regarding leashing is a little off when refering to the adc to help. The adc should never stay till the last minute when help leashing, thats a horrible idea especially at high elo. This is simply because the enemy bot lane will get double golems and get to lane before you allowing them to push. They will reach 2 before you get any XP. Your now under your turret taking constant harrass from the enemy adc and attempting to farm. This small lead at the beginning of the game can snowball it for you adc so that you lose the lane hard.Mark Pellegrini says:
