April 4, 2018’s 5 in 5: The five comic books you should buy this week

This week we pick 5 comics from 5 different publishers.

What’s on your pull list this week? That’s the question we ask ourselves every week hoping we picked the right books and don’t miss the best of the best. Connor Christiansen is here to aid you in that struggle with his picks for the five most anticipated comic books for the week.

This week, Connor picks books from five different publishers which include DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics and BOOM! Studios. Fan favorites like Batman #44 and Frank Miller’s much anticipated Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander #1 made the cut, plus new series like Analog #1, the much underappreciated Punisher #223 as well as the nostalgic Rugrats: R is for Reptar 2018 Special.
