Part of what makes Laura Kinney, better known as Wolverine, a superhero is her origin. Born in a lab and made from Wolverine’s DNA, she’s had to deal with the ramifications of knowing she’s a clone. That, however, may have changed forever in today’s issue of The Hunt for Wolverine: Adamantium Agenda #4. In one of the closing scenes, Iron Man reveals something he learned after looking at Mr. Sinister’s database of mutant DNA.
Wait, where is this going Tony…
This has huge implications for Laura, not only with how she identifies herself, but possibly helping her heal from the trauma that she grew up with. If she really isn’t a straight up clone (and we have no reason to believe Tom Taylor is lying to us since he loves this character so much) she may have quite a new path in her journey from here on out.
