The full length trailer for the upcoming Disney film, Mary Poppins Returns was released today. All we had to go on previously was the short but very interesting teaser, where as with this new one we are given a much more in depth sneak peak into what this adaptation of the Julie Andrews classic will be. The new cast reveals include heavyweights Meryl Streep, Dick Van Dyke, and Angela Lansbury (I know, I’m just as excited). We also get a confirmation that yes, they will be incorporating animation just like the original. And on top of that, we see the Christopher Robin-esque type of plot, with the character of Michael Banks “forgetting what it’s like to be a child”.
