AiPT! Comics Podcast Ep 22: Marvel’s X-Men Senior Editor Jordan D. White talks comics & more

Every week we talk comics to keep you connected to the industry.

Welcome back to the official AiPT! Comics podcast where your hosts Forrest Hollingsworth and David Brooke discuss their favorite comics of last week, news and their most anticipated books out next week.

This week, we’re joined by X-Men Monday curator Chris Hassan for our interview with X-Men Senior Editor Jordan D. White in which we discuss the Age of X-Man, Uncanny X-Men, the future of the X-Men franchise and, of course, X-Men Monday! Jordan also takes part in our Superfight between Gambit and Batgirl: Who is the better pro skater?

Also in this show, we talk the latest news like Tom King potentially leaving Batman early, comic book sales for April (so many tidbits), the Absolute Carnage schedule and tie-in announcement, and Spider-Gwen relaunches as Ghost-Spider! You can jump ahead to Jordan D. White’s interview here.

Our favorite comics of last week:

Dave: War Of The Realms Strikeforce: The Land Of Giants #1 (W: Tom Taylor, A: Jorge Molina)

Forrest: Martian Manhunter #5 (W: Steve Orlando, A: Riley Rossmo)

Check out our favorite cover art out next week May 29th below. We talk about the covers at the 31-minute mark. Covers include The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #3 by Eduard Petrovich and Vader – Dark Visions #4 by Greg Smallwood.

You can find AiPT! Comics on iTunes, Google Play, or wherever you get your podcasts. As always, if you enjoy the podcast, be sure to leave us a positive rating, subscribe to the show and tell your friends!
