Who are these new allies that join the fold in Justice League #30?

Lex Luthor might have the upper hand but these heroes may just turn the tide for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman!

Spoilers ahead. You’ve been warned. Read our review for more.

Now that Lex Luthor has six of seven hidden energies of creation, the heroes in Scott Snyder and James Tynion IV’s epic “Year of the Villain” have their backs against the wall. The stakes are all outlined in today’s issue, along with details on each of these energies (read the whole thing to find out about that!). This sets in motion a plan to go into the past and the future. All goes to plan until Lex and Brainiac cut them off at the pass.

Listen to the latest episode of our weekly Comics podcast where we talk to James Tynion IV about his new horror series at BOOM! Studios!

Soon we see Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are encountering giant Legion of Doom robots in the future.

In the past, Green Lantern and Flash see Legion of Doom flags spotting a run-down city.

It’s not looking good! That being said, it looks like they aren’t alone as heroes have risen up to fight the Legion of Doom. In the future, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman meet…

That’s right, Kamandi! The Jack Kirby creation is now going to be working with the DC Trinity! Then, in the final cliffhanger, Flash and Green Lantern run into…

A powerhouse superhero team. They may be attacking them, but we all know they’ll join their ranks to help beat Lex Luthor and Perpetua!

That’s only part of the story though. I highly recommend you read the entire issue to get the full picture
