Impact Wrestling is moving to AXS TV

Impact has found a new home starting this October.

Impact Wrestling announced today that their flagship television show will be moving to AXS TV.

The deal is actually quite a bit more complicated than that, as Impact’s parent company, Anthem Sports & Entertainment, acquired a majority stake in AXS earlier this week, which strangely enough, brought Mark Cuban and Steve Harvey into Impact Wrestling’s orbit, as they are investors in AXS.

Said Cuban, “Given Anthem’s portfolio of premium content and complementary programming networks, we could not ask for a better home, and we are looking forward to the results we will collectively generate for this new partnership.”

Harvey added, “They have incredible shows, experiential entertainment, and a huge reach. We look forward to collaborating with Anthem on content development that will surprise and delight this newly expanded audience.”

Impact Wrestling will officially move to AXS this October, adding to an already absolutely stacked month of pro wrestling debuts and changes, joining SmackDown‘s move to Fox and AEW’s television debut on TNT.
