First Look: ‘Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark’ gets monster Funko POP! vinyl toys

Harold and the Jangly Man are being immortalized as Funko toys.

We’ve seen the movie, we’ve protested how they changed the art, and now our favorite monsters Jangly Man and Harold are getting Funko Pop! vinyl figures. What a time to be alive!

It was revealed today both Harold and the Jangly Man are getting toys made from them and the likeness to Stephen Gammell’s illustrations is spot on save for the usual Funko cuteness. The toys are coming soon, but if you check out Bigbadtoys.com you can see their set to release in the 4th quarter of 2019.

Considering Halloween is just 48 days away one might assume the figures will hit stands sooner than the 4th quarter, but I’m sure Funko is counting on the millions of fans of the book and movie to pick them up for the holiday season.
