‘Titans’ renewed for Season 3 on DC Universe

The flagship series isn’t done yet.

The DC Universe announced that next year will see the return of its flagship series, Titans, for a third season. A brief 30-second teaser clip was shared on the DC Universe Twitter alongside the announcement.

The news comes ahead of the conclusion to the 13-episode second season which sees the new Titans team of Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites), Rachel Roth / Raven (Teagan Croft), Kory Anders / Starfire (Anna Diop), Gar Logan / Beast Boy (Ryan Potter), Hank Hall / Hawk (Alan Ritchson), Dawn Granger / Dove (Minka Kelly), Donna Troy / Wonder Girl (Conor Leslie), and Jason Todd / Robin (Curran Walters), go up against the most dangerous enemy they’ve ever faced — the deadly one-eyed assassin Slade Wilson / Deathstroke (Esai Morales).

Titans was the first live-action series launched on DC Universe which follows a young group of heroes in an edgy and dramatic adaptation of the popular DC comics series. The only other live-action show currently on DC Universe is Doom Patrol, another comic book adaptation which was renewed for a second season in July of 2019 and is set to premiere on both DC Universe and HBO Max in 2020.

Titans Season 3 launches in Fall 2020. As with season 1 and 2 before it, fans should expect new episodes to drop on Fridays.
