WWE grants releases to Luke Harper and Sin Cara

Christmas has come early for Harper and Sin Cara, who have been public about their desires to leave WWE.

Luke Harper and Sin Cara have both been granted their requested releases by WWE, the company confirmed today.

Sin Cara publicly requested his release in a tweet last month, stating he did not feel valued “as an athlete or talent” by World Wrestling Entertainment. Harper, meanwhile, has been open about his desire to leave the company since late 2018, and even recently applied for a trademark for the name “Brodie Lee,” the name he used to use on the independent scene before being signed by WWE in 2012.

Both Harper and Sin Cara are great talents, and it will be exciting to see where they end up next. AIPT wishes them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
