‘The Flash’ gets July 2022 release date

‘As certain as things get, we’re making a f*cking crazy dope Flash movie.’

Despite being the Fastest Man Alive, the Flash’s journey to his own silver screen adventure has been a rather tumultuous one. This definitely looks set to change, with The Wrap reporting a July 1st, 2022 release date.

Ezra Miller will return as Barry Allen/Flash. Speaking to Playboy, Miller said “Nothing is ever certain in this world, but as certain as things get, we’re making a f*cking crazy dope Flash movie.” He said starring in The Flash’s “one of my greatest life dreams.”

Continuing, he said “anyone who knows about Barry Allen knows he may arrive late, very late, but once he gets there, it’s all solved. We have to trust.”

Interestingly, The Flash was originally set for release last year, with Aquaman releasing later on and now, it’s hitting cinemas the same year as the Atlantean’s sequel.

The Flash’s zooming into theaters July 1st, 2022.
