Dark Horse First Look: Deluxe and oversized ‘The World of Black Hammer Library Edition Volume 1’ coming June 2020

The oversized hardcover collects the Sherlock Frankenstein and Doctor Andromeda tie-in series.

MILWAUKIE, Ore., (January 20, 2020)—Jeff Lemire and Dean Ormston’s Eisner Award-winning Black Hammer universe gets a little bit bigger with The World of Black Hammer Library Edition Volume 1. This deluxe, oversized hardcover collects fan-favorite tie-in series Sherlock Frankenstein & the Legion of Evil, illustrated by David Rubín, and Doctor Andromeda and the Kingdom of Lost Tomorrows, illustrated by Max Fiumara, along with a new sketchbook section and more!

Sherlock Frankenstein lies at the heart of the mystery of what happened to Black Hammer, Spiral City’s greatest hero, and Black Hammer’s daughter is determined to uncover his role.

Doctor Andromeda, an aged crime fighter, desperately struggles to reconnect with his estranged son as he takes on personal demons and interstellar battles.

 

The World of Black Hammer Library Edition Volume 1 will be available in comic shops on June 10, 2020 and in bookstores on June 23, 2020. It is available for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and TFAW, and at your local comic shop. This oversized hardcover will retail for $49.99.
